What will you learn?

Attendees will learn how to design and deliver impactful training sessions using Experiential Learning Theory. They will practice shifting from lecturing to learner-centered facilitation, using effective questioning and elicitation techniques to drive insight and engagement. Participants will develop stronger presence and delivery, create safe and interactive learning environments, structure sessions with clear objectives and relevance, manage time effectively, and use visuals and materials that enhance learning and participation.

About the host

We are a Toastmasters community of aspiring and experienced trainers who design and deliver workshops for clubs, districts, and professional clients across Europe. Drawing on diverse backgrounds in business, education, and communication, we support speakers in making the shift from presenter to learner-focused trainer. We share proven tools from "From Speaker to Trainer," Pathways electives such as "How to Lead a Workshop," and extensive real-world practice in facilitation, evaluation, adult learning theory, and the fundamentals of the training business.
