GDPR Consent

During the Conference, photographs will be taken and video footage will be recorded by photographers and camera operators appointed by Toastmasters District 59. These images are intended to be published in order to publicize this Conference and to advertise similar events in the future, on District 59’s official media channels, such as (but not limited to) District 59’s website, Instagram account, and Facebook pages and groups. No images will be sold to third parties.

Images taken at the Conference may be transferred to Toastmasters International USA for publication on Toastmasters International media channels, such as (but not limited to) the organisation’s website, social media, and the Toastmaster magazine.

By agreeing to this statement, you consent to having your photograph taken as part of the audience or a larger group at the Conference, or as the main subject of the image. However, if you are the main subject of the image, you may withdraw your consent directly from the photographer or camera operator during the Conference.

Transportation from the Netherlands

Eva Mintzai has kindly worked on organizing group transportation via a tour bus from the Netherlands to Metz for the conference. The bus departs on Thursday the 14th of May (public holiday) and returns on Sunday the 17th. The cost is approximately €100 per person, depending on the number of participants.
