“Catch The Saboteur” – A Game to Train Your Brain for Tough Conversations

Even skilled communicators break down under pressure. Left unresolved, these moments erode trust, create resentment, and damage collaboration. "Catch The Saboteur" creates a safe space to practice empathetic, blameless communication. Through guided role-plays, you'll identify the unconscious voices — the Critic, Controller, Hyper-Rational — that hijack your words in heated moments. You'll leave with awareness and practical tools to intercept conflict before it escalates.

What will you learn?

  • - Self-Awareness: Assess your mental fitness and recognize the specific saboteurs that undermine your communication effectiveness, even in conversations you thought you were handling well

  • - Real-Time Tools: Learn a structured, repeatable practice to catch saboteurs in the moment, manage stress, and stay grounded during high-pressure conversations

  • - Team Dynamics: Experience a tested framework that strengthens team cohesion through trust, vulnerability, and mutual accountability
