Biography
Jessica trains a mindset that helps teams communicate effectively. She is the founder of ¨Laugh!¨, a non-profit that brings relief in the form of laughter and unconventional activities as one of only 80 Certified Improvisation Trainers with the Applied Improvisation Network and a licensed Therapist in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Her 4 years of clown training and work as a hospital clown have led her to understand how humour is a necessity, not a luxury, which is why laughter is a constant in all her workshops.
Her speeches have received awards in four European international contests. Her passion to challenge the comfort zone of mediocracy and self-doubt have led to many breakthroughs, which she generously shares both on stage and in her one-to-one coaching sessions. She is President of a Berlin TM club- Spreeredner- yet spends most of her time in Barcelona- often at the beach pretending to learn Spanish. She has lived in 8 countries for 11 years, learned 5 languages and forgotten 4 of them- an international trainer and speaker.
