It is our pleasure to invite you to our District Council meeting on 8 May 2021. The meeting will start at 09:00 and is expected to finish at 12:00.
District officers, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education of every club in the District (i.e., the District Council) are expected to be present at the District Council meeting. A quorum, which is constituted by one-third of all Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education from Member Clubs in the District, is required for actions taken at the District Council meeting to be deemed valid. Members who are not part of the District Council are welcome, but do not have the right to vote or address the assembly. At this meeting, reports and progress toward district goals are presented, and the District Council will vote on the District realignment proposal and incoming District leaders.
Because the incoming District leaders will be elected and clubs in our District will be assigned to new Areas and because at this District Council Meeting, it is important that you are present to vote. Please register for the district council meeting before 6 May, 2021 at 23:59 using the voting delegate registration link below. We will use this form to determine the quorum and to assign voting numbers. If you do not register before the deadline, we will be unable to assign you a voting number.

Please review the agenda, meeting minutes, realignment proposal, and District Leadership Committee report. If you have questions, you are welcome to ask them in advance and during the District Council meeting.
