First we welcome as speaker our Toastmasters International Representative Elizabeth Nostedt
After this our Districts PQD Arnout Nederpelt wil welcome all to this conference as this conference is one of his prime responsibilities.

For our opening event we are proud to introduce an extraordinary Keynote Speaker! In his own words:
Today, alongside his client work, he is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government and a Visiting Fellow in Professional Skills at Cambridge University and London’s New College of the Humanities.
Perhaps you met him in Vancouver in 2017 where won the 2nd Place in the World Championship of Public Speaking.
But hé, there is much more to tell about him!

DTM Party
This Party is open for all this year as it is online. Last years and this years DTM are recognized for their achievement. This year DTM get a short opportunity ta tell us about their road to DTM.
But ofcourse there is more surprizes and speeches. Meet our District Director Robert van der Meer and Elizabeth Nostedt. And party!
Gala Party
We are all online but we encourage you to dress up, have food and wine or bear close by and lets celebrate together!
You could know these extraordinary guests on our Gala Party. They were both present when the first Toastmaster District in Europe was founded: Odile and Alain Petillot
Traditionally at the Gala Party we have the anouncement of winners. This will be one of the most exciting hours of the whole conference.
And yet there will be even more! Join us and have fun!

Aujourd’hui, en plus du travail de son client, il est membre du corps professoral adjoint de la Blavatnik School of Government de l’Université d’Oxford et chercheur invité en compétences professionnelles à l’Université de Cambridge et au New College of the Humanities de Londres.
Vous l’avez peut-être rencontré à Vancouver en 2017, où il a remporté la 2e place au Championnat du monde d’art oratoire.
Mais bon, il y a beaucoup plus à dire sur lui!

Cette fête est ouverte à tous cette année car elle est en ligne. Depuis l’année dernière et cette année, les employés de DTM sont reconnus pour leurs réalisations. Les DTMers de cette année auront une brève occasion de nous parler de leur chemin vers le DTM.
Mais bien sûr, il y a plus de surprises et de discours. Rencontrez notre directeur de district, Robert van der Meer et Elizabeth Nostedt. Et faire la fête!

Nous sommes tous en ligne, mais nous vous encourageons à vous habiller, à boire de la nourriture et du vin ou à être proches et à célébrer ensemble!
Vous connaissez peut-être ces invités extraordinaires lors de notre soirée de gala. Ils étaient tous deux présents lors de la création du premier Toastmaster District d’Europe: Odile et Alain Petillot
Traditionnellement, les gagnants sont annoncés lors de la soirée de gala. Ce sera l’une des heures les plus excitantes de toute la conférence.

Hierna zal onze Districts PQD Arnout Nederpelt iedereen welkom heten op deze conferentie. Deze conferentie is een van zijn belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden.

Tegenwoordig is hij, naast het werk van zijn cliënt, een adjunct-faculteitslid aan de Blavatnik School of Government van Oxford University en een Visiting Fellow in Professional Skills aan de Cambridge University en het New College of the Humanities in Londen.
Misschien heb je hem in 2017 in Vancouver ontmoet, waar hij de 2e plaats won op het Wereldkampioenschap spreken in het openbaar.
Maar hé, er valt nog veel meer over hem te vertellen!

DTM Party
Dit feest is dit jaar open voor iedereen omdat het online is. Van het afgelopen jaar en dit jaar worden DTM-ers erkend voor hun prestatie. De DTM-ers van dit jaar krijgen een korte kans om ons te vertellen over hun weg naar DTM.
Maar er zijn natuurlijk meer verrassingen en toespraken. Maak kennis met onze districtsdirecteur Robert van der Meer en Elizabeth Nostedt. En feest!

We zijn allemaal online, maar we moedigen je aan om je aan te kleden, eten en wijn te drinken of dichtbij te zijn en samen te vieren!
Je zou deze buitengewone gasten kunnen kennen op onze Gala Party. Ze waren allebei aanwezig toen het eerste Toastmaster District van Europa werd opgericht: Odile en Alain Petillot
Traditioneel hebben we op de Gala Party de bekendmaking van de winnaars. Dit wordt een van de spannendste uren van de hele conferentie.
En toch zullen er nog meer verrassingen zijn! Doe mee en heb veel plezier!
